What are your core strengths?
We have dedicated, qualified and committed teachers who utilise innovative and modern teaching techniques. We conduct a Teachers Effectiveness Improvement Programme on a regular basis to ensure our staff continue to develop professionally.
How do you evaluate teachers?
Regular review meetings are held by the Secretary and Headmaster with all teachers to assess student performance, growth and development. Monthly reviews of teacher performance are also conducted by the Council for Educational Development (COFED), which comprises experienced educationalists.
What is the interaction between teachers and parents?
We hold regular Parent Teacher Meetings to discuss the academic progress and overall development of each student. We encourage parents to engage actively with their child's teachers throughout the year.
